I can’t attend all the live sessions will I miss out?

Is this programme CPD-certified?
Yes and that means it’s a recognised investment in your professional development. You’ll receive a certificate upon completion which you can use as evidence in appraisals, interviews, or future training portfolios.
How long do I have access to the materials?

Can I transfer my place to someone else if I can’t join?
In some cases, yes — especially for the Group Programme. You’d need to email us at samanthat@samanthalubanzu.com at least 7 days before the programme start date. Transfers are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be approved in writing.
I’m neurodivergent, have a disability, or process things differently will this work for me?
Yes. This programme is built on principles of inclusion and flexibility. You’ll have access to recorded sessions, closed captions, and content you can pause, revisit, and digest in your own time. If you need materials in a different format or a different style of support, we’ll work with you to make that happen.
English isn’t my first language will I struggle to keep up?
No — I speak clearly and use practical, inclusive language in both the live sessions and materials. If anything’s unclear, you’ll have direct access to ask questions in the WhatsApp community or 1:1 (if VIP). You deserve support that meets you where you are.
I’m worried I won’t fit in — I haven’t seen people who look or sound like me in other programmes.
That ends here. This space is intentionally created for underrepresented professionals especially Black women, women of colour, faith-led leaders, and marginalised voices in corporate spaces. You are not the exception here, you are the focus.
I’ve faced bias and discrimination at work will this programme help me navigate that?

What if I can’t attend live because of caregiving responsibilities, health issues, or prayer times?
